1. The controller
Macskásy Attila, registered Hungarian sole entrepreneur (trade name: ATAILA) · registration no. 60271420 · tax no. 90917792-1-41. Full operator details in the imprint.
2. What this site processes, and why
a) There is no form on this site
okoskollega.hu is an information site: it carries no form, no sign-in, and asks you for nothing. The demo request takes you to ATAILA's own site; what you enter there is covered by ATAILA's privacy notice.
b) Server logs
Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser identifier). Purpose: operational security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to 90 days, or as long as needed to investigate a security incident.
c) Analytics — without cookies
We use self-hosted, open-source Plausible analytics on the controller's own EU infrastructure. It sets no cookies, builds no persistent individual identifier, and does not track you across sites — it produces aggregate statistics only (page views, country, referrer). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Nothing is shared with third parties.
d) What we do not do
No advertising or tracking cookies. No remarketing. No transfers to third countries, and no processors outside the European Union. We send no newsletter from this site.
3. Processors
The site and the systems behind it run on the controller's own infrastructure (ATAILA Cloud); no external hosting, analytics or form provider is involved. Should a processor ever become necessary, this notice will be updated in advance.
4. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request data portability (GDPR Arts. 15–21). We respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or turn to the courts.
5. Kolli and the conversations
- Kolli opens every conversation by saying it is an AI acting on ATAILA's behalf.
- Conversations are kept for six months and also used to improve the service. Backups follow our backup policy.
- The helpdesk team may read them, and so may your organisation's helpdesk administrator if one is appointed.
- Kolli's voice is synthetic. Every generated audio file carries machine-readable marking.
- Text written by a customer is never turned into audio.
- okoskollega is not used for employment decisions.
6. AI transparency
Last updated: 26 August 2026.
In short
ATAILA uses artificial intelligence for part of its work — preparing support replies, documentation, software development and operational tasks. ATAILA is responsible for the content in every case, and every message sent to a customer is reviewed by a human first.
The models run on our own infrastructure. We use no external AI provider, so your data does not leave ATAILA's systems.
Where we use AI
| Area | For what |
|---|---|
| Support | triaging requests, preparing replies |
| Documentation | drafting and translating text |
| Software development | assisting with writing and reviewing code |
| Operations | analysing logs and alerts, diagnosing faults |
Where we do NOT use AI
- We do not make automated decisions about people: no AI is used for employment, recruitment or performance decisions.
- We do not send an AI-drafted message without human approval.
- We do not use AI to profile you.
Where the models run
The language and speech models we use run on ATAILA Cloud — our own hardware, operated in Hungary. This means:
- your data is not passed to an external AI provider;
- there is no transfer outside the European Union;
- your data is not used to train public models.
Human oversight
Every customer-facing message is reviewed and approved by a person before it is sent. Where an AI system would take an action — creating a resource, for example — approval is a human decision, enforced by the system rather than requested of it.
If you are talking to an AI
If you use an ATAILA service where you speak directly with an AI assistant, we tell you at the start of the conversation: that you are talking to an AI, and on whose behalf it is acting.
If you would rather talk to a person
If you would prefer a particular matter handled by a human only, say so and we will do that.
