A self-hosted AI helpdesk, in Hungarian
What an AI helpdesk is, and is not
A chatbot answers questions from a list and stops. An AI helpdesk takes the request on any channel, asks until it is complete, files a ticket, prepares the decision, and after approval does the work. The chat is the smallest part.
Why Hungarian is hard
Hungarian inflects. The same request can be phrased a dozen ways, and short, similar-sounding sentences are easy to confuse. So we do not guess: Kolli confirms the topic before recording anything, and speaks only approved sentences. We measured speech recognition in Hungarian over a phone-quality line: 14.5 % word error rate on read speech, which is a floor. The voice is Hungarian and four times faster than realtime, on CPU.
What "on your own server" means
That there is nobody to send the text to. Speech recognition, voice, language model, knowledge base and ticketing run in one place: ATAILA's Hungarian infrastructure or yours. Verifiable on your own firewall.
Who it pays off for
Everyone who works with a lot of tickets and needs accuracy and speed at the same time: debt collection, returns, claims, IT service providers, law firms, clinics, accountancies. The managing director and the helpdesk lead, because it saves where tickets cost money.
Frequently asked questions
- Does really nothing leave?
- No. The language model, speech recognition and speech synthesis run on our own infrastructure. There are no external API calls. You can verify it on your own network traffic.
- What if it does not understand the customer?
- After two failed attempts it hands over: it records what was said, files a ticket, and a person takes it. Nobody is left without an answer.
- Does it answer, or only file tickets?
- It answers when an approved answer exists, word for word. Every other reply is approved by a person before it goes out. That is deliberate, and the system enforces it.
- Does it speak Hungarian?
- Hungarian is what it does best. Its voice is Hungarian, and speech recognition was measured on Hungarian, phone-quality audio.
- Is Kolli's voice synthetic?
- Yes, and it says so. Every generated audio file carries machine-readable marking.
- How long does it take to roll out?
- We start inside, with your own colleagues. The pace depends on how many request types we record together. We promise no date here; we discuss it at the demo.
- What does it cost?
- On ATAILA Cloud, a quote after a conversation. On your own hardware, a flat fee per desk. Never per user, never per token.
- Can I use it for HR decisions?
- No. okoskollega is not used for hiring, evaluation or task allocation. That is a design constraint.
- How do I request a demo?
- With the Request a demo button. The demo is personal and online, and starts with a short confidentiality statement.
